Do you only coach Strongman?

No, my coaching isn’t limited to strongman training. While strongman is an amazing and empowering discipline that I fully encourage, my focus is on helping people become strong, healthy, and functional across a broad spectrum of training. Strength training is versatile, and I tailor programs to meet a variety of goals and needs. Whether you’re interested in strongman, functional fitness, general strength, or overall wellness, I’m here to support your journey and make it as effective and enjoyable as possible.

What does your Nutrition program entail?

My nutrition coaching includes comprehensive blood panel analysis to assess your individual needs, weekly check-ins to monitor progress, and personalized macro calculations to optimize your diet. I also address any nutrition-related questions you have and provide a basic nutrition course to help you understand how to effectively fuel your body for sports and overall health.

How many days a week do I need to train to see results?

I recommend a minimum of three training days per week, with the option to increase frequency if it aligns with your goals and is manageable for you. Each program is tailored to your personal goals and abilities to ensure effective and sustainable progress.
